About Admission
Admission and Withdrawal
- Admission is generally offered to any one without considering caste, creed, religion or sex, as per rules and regulations of the school and as long as there are vacancies. However the management reserves the right to deny admission to anyone without assigning any reason what so ever.
- Application for admission must be submitted by the parent or local guardian in the prescribed from the month of January during the previous academic year.
- Only children who have completed three and half years on 1st June of the year are admitted to LKG class and proportionate age limit is expected for admission to all other classes.
- Students who intend to join the Mount Zion Residential School from other schools or after private study will have to appear for an admission test and those who come from other schools should also produce transfer certificate, and those who join the LKG classes should produce a birth certificate and Adhar.
- In the case of new addmission after re-opening, fees for all previous months of the year of admission will have tobe paid irrespective of the term,month or date of admission
- All students in the primary and pre-pimary classes are expected to be vaccinated against small pox and to have undergone a full course of triple antigen and polio vaccination before joining the school.
- Transfer certificate will normaly be issued only at the end of an academic year after publishing the results.
- Application for T.C should be submitted before 31st January.
